What better way than a pig on a spit during a garden summer afternoon and evening party. Party hog roast have been cooking our lovely succulent pig roast for nearly ten party years. Our master butcher will personally pick your pig roast from his supplier at Smithfield meat market in the heart of London or locally at one of our free range farms. Party hog roast have been in the meat and catering trade for 30 years now and cook your pig roast to perfection. On the day of the hog roast party, the chefs are up bright and early. Your pig will be prepared the night before your party with herbs and flavours rubbed into the scored crackling. Next day, the hog roast goes on to a slow rotating cook for 
approximately 6 - 7 hours, depending on the weight and is carved in front of your guests with fresh bread rolls and our exclusive salad marquee.
Oh, and of course the apple sauce, ketchup and trimmings all supplied in the price of your booking.
As well as hog roast, we can supply a smaller pig barrell roast, British beef steak feast, sausage, steak, burger and chop bbq all cooked to perfection and served with the finest salads and breads which are all included in the price of your booking.
Our hog roast chefs are yours for the entire day and party personality after cooking and slicing, is their speciallity. (If you are having trouble getting your guests up on the karaoke, then one of us is always up for a bit of Robbie Williams, just to get things going).
